The Estates Division Help Desk offers a single point of contact with the Estates Division to assist you the caller. If you have any Estates related problem or concern the Help Desk will gladly assist you.

Also, all emergency and routine repair requests should be reported by telephone to the Estates Help Desk telephone extension 54444.

The Help Desk is open as follows:

Monday to Thursday               8.00am to 4.45pm

Friday                                    8.00am to 4.30pm

Outside of these hours, callers are offered the opportunity to leave a message on voice mail. If an emergency arises outside of these hours' callers are requested to phone security. on extension 54773 (0161 295 4773 external).

After giving the Help Desk Operator full details of your request your job will be entered on our Facilities Management Database. Shortly after this entry, you will receive a unique number by e-mail confirming your request.  If you have any future enquiries concering progress of your job, please quote this number.  On completion of the job you will receive confirmation that the job has been completed and will be invited to give feedback on the service provided.

Any Estates related maintenance/repair job could be reported to the Help Desk, which is then entered onto our Facilities Management Database. The Help Desk keeps records of all calls and they issue all callers with a unique reference number. This number should be quoted on any follow up calls concerning progress of the work requested.
